Go get the Google Sitemap Generator for WordPress plugin and put it in and within minutes, you can be pinging Google every time you make a post.

As a bonus, Yahoo! and MSN use the same sitemap structure. Anything that calls Search Engines to index your sites is a good SEO tool.

Edit Blog Settings

In WordPress MU, to Edit a blog’s configuration and change it’s setting, you click the “edit” link next to the blog name in the blog list in the admin. Once there you will have a form for all the settings. Below is how I set mine. I will only list the fields that actually get changed. If you can’t find a field name I either thought it was self explanatory or was left alone. If you do not understand something, do NOT mess with it! You can and will break your WordPress install by monkeying around in here. You have been warned and you are on your own.
